We do not have a prescribed time horizon for our investments. Our goal is to partner with companies for the long-term and support their growth journeys in a way that is best for the business, its employees, and leadership team. Each company and situation is unique, so we want the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs over time. We are patient investors and realize value creation does not happen overnight. We work closely with management to determine the right pacing and milestones for each company. While we do not have set fund life cycles or requirements to exit within a certain timeframe like some financial investors, we generally take a long-term view of 5-10 years or more. We are willing to hold companies in our portfolio for as long as it takes for them to maximize their full potential.
Our patience allows owner/operators to focus on execution rather than premature liquidity events. We only pursue exits or acquisitions when the time is right for the company. Above all, we align ourselves with the long-term interests of the outstanding entrepreneurs we are fortunate to partner with.
